Here's the digital painted version. Started up by trying to do some speed paint, but ended up having one stroke too many and than just what the hack! I'll just finish this! Gave it more head space to balance up the heavy shadows below, do tell me how ou guys feel about the transition from ink sketch to paints. Comments and Critics welcomed guys!!
Oh my god... And I was flipping out over the sketch Oo
Beautiful transition, it only accentuated everything and brought it out rather than masking it over or anything like that. Awesome detail. Beautiful color choice. Holy sheit, man.

The sketch kinda started out with just a design and gesture draft, but I was building up the layouts and colors as I was doin the paint (All thanks to the fantastic refrences from Frank Frazetta's artbook.) Thanks for your comments man ,Cheers!
Sorry for the long wait and I owe everyone an apology too, actually most of the time I was doing more concept design and character sketches and I didn't really do paints a lot. But I have to start somewhere to improve, so to make my skills more complete. I'll be attempting more paints for better now, I guess I owe my monochrome characters that much. Hehe. Thanks for the encouragement man, really appreciate it. Cheers!

Daily Literature Deviations is a group that is dedicated to bringing literature to the forefront of the deviantArt community. We attempt to accomplish this by daily featuring Literature artists from around the community that deserve the recognition, but are not getting it.
Each day we will feature 10 deviations from the Literature categories in a News Article. In order to support the artists that we feature, we ask that you the news article as well as check out the individual pieces. We understand that each day you may not be able to check out each and every one of the pieces, everyone has their own things going on. We just ask that you make an attempt to help support the growing Literature community.
